By accessing the website at locksmithtribeca.com or requesting services from Locksmith Tribeca, you agree to be bound by these terms of service and all applicable laws and regulations of the State of New York.

1. Service Authorization

By requesting our locksmith services (including but not limited to lockouts, lock installations, and key generation), you represent and warrant that you have the legal right and authority to access the property or vehicle in question. Locksmith Tribeca strictly reserves the right to request state-issued identification, proof of residency, or vehicle registration prior to performing any bypass or key generation services.

2. Pricing and Estimates

We provide transparent pricing. While over-the-phone estimates are provided based on the information you supply, the final binding quote will be provided by our master technician upon visual inspection of the hardware on-site. No work will commence until you explicitly approve the final quote.

3. Limitation of Liability

While we utilize non-destructive entry methods as our primary protocol, certain mechanical failures or high-security deadbolts may require drilling. Locksmith Tribeca shall not be held liable for the required destruction of hardware to gain access when non-destructive methods fail or are impossible.

4. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York County.
