Card Reader and Electronic Access Control
The advantage of electronic access control over physical keys is not just convenience - it is auditability and instant revocation. When an employee leaves, you deactivate their credential in the software. No rekeying required. Storefront Glass Door Hardware
Most of the retail storefronts, galleries, and restaurant street-level entrances in Tribeca use narrow-stile aluminum glass doors with Adams Rite hardware. Panic Hardware and FDNY Egress Compliance
NYC Building Code Section BC 1008 requires panic hardware on doors serving assembly occupancies with 50 or more occupants. Beyond code requirements, panic hardware serves a fundamental life-safety function: any person must be able to exit through a panic hardware door with a single push, in any direction, under any conditions, without training or thought.
